Help Me Find This Necklace

Did anyone notice Michelle Obama's necklace from last night? It looks like a long strand of pearls with large flowers attached to it. I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I'm wearing a simple black dress that I would like to dress up with some jewelry and I think this would be perfect for what I'm going for. If anyone can find out where I can get something like this, please let me know.
